We are introducing KEMA Link, a new customer portal designed to improve how customers interact with KEMA Labs. Set to launch in beta, KEMA Link is a web-based platform that allows customers to securely and conveniently access and manage their information and services with KEMA Labs.
Customers will find a personalized dashboard that provides instant access to the status of their projects, orders, invoices, and reports, all in one place. The document library feature allows for easy access and management of contracts, proposals, and other essential documents. The feedback system enables users to share their experiences and suggest improvements directly through the portal.
KEMA Link is designed to be a versatile tool for various roles within our customers’ organizations, providing relevant access and information tailored to each user’s role, facilitating better coordination and information flow.
The beta version has been launched to a selected group of customers who will participate in the testing and evaluation process. Their feedback will help us refine and enhance the portal to better meet their specific needs. We look forward to their practical insights and suggestions
