Climatic Chambers

Particular environmental conditions can significantly affect the behaviour of electrical equipment, generally reducing its capability.

Kema Labs has more than 20 climatic chambers of different sizes, from 0.3 m ³ up to 31 m ³ , as well as two thermal chambers of 400 m ³ and 750 m ³ where ice tests on transformers , insulators and high voltage alternating current disconnectors can be performed .
