Green Power to Europe: MoU Signature Between CESI and ACWA Power

CESI is strengthening its role as an independent technical advisor in the energy transition, following the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ACWA Power.

The agreement involves CESI supporting feasibility studies and providing technical expertise for a major project to export green hydrogen and renewable energy from Saudi Arabia to Europe.

The MoU was signed during a high-level event attended by the Saudi Minister of Energy, where ACWA Power also formalized additional agreements with energy players from Italy, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. The goal: to develop large-scale renewable energy parks and build a transcontinental corridor to supply clean, competitively priced power to European markets.

As part of the project, CESI will provide technical expertise and lead feasibility studies to evaluate the infrastructure and regulatory conditions needed to make this vision a reality.
