CESI Group’s ESG Roadmap

CESI Group has announced its 2025 Sustainability Plan, setting clear and measurable targets to be achieved by year-end. The plan  marks a significant step forward in the company’s sustainability journey.

Following an organizational change, the Sustainability Affairs unit has evolved into Sustainability & Transformation, reflecting a broader and more strategic approach. The new plan maintains continuity with CESI’s four foundational pillars—attention to the environment, people at heart, client centricity, and ethical and responsible business—across the three ESG domains.

Key innovations include a streamlined focus on fews material topics, first approach with international standards such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and enhanced transparency. Highlights of the plan include targets for reducing carbon intensity, advancing diversity and inclusion, supporting clients in their sustainability efforts, and reinforcing governance through anti-bribery certification.
