CESI is offering two new Junior Engineer positions to students of Politecnico di Milano, providing an opportunity to take the first step into a career at the forefront of the energy sector.
The vacancies have been published on the university’s Career Service platform and are currently available exclusively to Politecnico di Milano students ahead of the upcoming Career Day on 15 October. The initiative is designed to connect emerging engineering talent with real-world projects that are shaping the future of energy systems.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join CESI’s international teams and contribute to activities spanning power systems, grid innovation and the integration of new technologies. As electricity networks evolve to support decarbonization, digitalization and growing demand, engineers play an increasingly important role in ensuring reliable, resilient and sustainable energy infrastructures.
The positions offer students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global environment while working alongside specialists engaged in some of the most significant challenges of the energy transition. The focus on attracting and developing new engineering talent also reflects CESI’s broader commitment to creating an environment in which professionals can grow and build their careers. In this context, CESI has been included in the Top Job ranking for the fourth consecutive year. Compiled by the Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF), the ranking is based on an annual survey that identifies the companies with the most highly rated workplace environments in Italy.
CESI looks forward to meeting talented young engineers during the upcoming Career Day and supporting the next generation of professionals who will help drive the transformation of the energy sector.
