The 6th edition of the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2013 will be held in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), United Arab Emirates, from the 15th to the 17th of January.
It will bring together global leaders in policy, technology and business to discuss the state of the art, develop new ways of thinking and shape the future of renewable energy .
“Our renewed presence at WFES 2013 confirms that the Middle East is a key strategic hub for CESI due to its dramatic expansion into the transmission/distribution, smart grids and renewable energy sectors, and we are looking forward to sharing our deep knowledge and 50 years of international experience to benefit this market” says Matteo Codazzi, CESI’s CEO.
Along with its testing and consulting deep knowledge in the Energy business, this year CESI will leverage its presence at WFES in order to express its 30-year experience in the research, development and production of high efficiency solar cells both for space and terrestrialapplications as well as its new positioning to support the growth of High Concentration PhotoVoltaic with a particular focus on the MENA area.
The Middle East Area, with high growth rate and general economic stability, plays a key role in CESI’s international development strategy and for this reason a dedicated local subsidiary was created in 2012: CESI Middle East, in Dubai (U.A.E.). Since then, the presence of CESI within the area has rapidly and stably grown through two prestigious mandates, with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.
