Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the energy sector by enhancing efficiency and providing precise forecasts of supply and demand. It is becoming a key tool for improving the resilience and security of energy transmission and distribution networks.
To this end, CESI is conducting various projects analysing available or developing databases to identify their informational value, defining adequate algorithms to crunch data, and producing significant results to support decision-making processes by sector operators. The primary goal is to develop new machine learning and AI-based tools that offer critical information for daily operations and strategic planning.
Moreover, within organizations, AI is regarded not only as a technological advancement but also as a catalyst for human empowerment. In this area of technological advancement, CESI prioritizes the human aspect of AI adoption, emphasizing both collaboration and ethical considerations.
Our Group is initiating a pilot phase with ‘AI super users’ to refine AI applications for its internal use, ensuring these applications meet real-world needs and uphold ethical standards. Additionally, a dedicated AI team is responsible for understanding organizational needs, defining requirements, and evaluating AI solution.
CESI aims not just to integrate AI into operations but to leverage it to herald a new era of collaboration, creativity, and collective achievement. AI tools can provide personalized insights and coaching, improving job satisfaction and performance, while Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and AI-driven communication platforms simplify tasks and enhance cooperation across teams.
The integration of AI can fundamentally transform the workplace, creating a dynamic synergy between human creativity and machine efficiency.
