We have developed a streamlined methodology within Salesforce to classify and report ESG-related offers more effectively. At the core of this innovation is the new “ESG Sustainability” picklist, designed to align with six key objectives of the EU Taxonomy such as climate change mitigation, circular economy transition, and biodiversity protection.
