CESI awarded “Top job – best employers 2023/24”

CESI has been honoured with the prestigious title of Top job – best employers 2023/24 by the German Quality and Finance Institute (ITQF) in collaboration with its media partner La Repubblica Affari & Finanza. This esteemed recognition was bestowed upon CESI in the latest edition of the renowned ranking of Italian companies, known as Top job – best employers 2023/24, as published by Repubblica Affari & Finanza, one of Italy’s leading business newspapers.

The research is based on an independent survey which saw the participation of approximately 10,000 employees in 1750 companies with more than 300 employees in Italy. The interviewers were contacted through online panels and anonymously expressed their opinion on their employer.

This award represents a remarkable achievement for CESI, underscoring our commitment to cultivating a workplace culture founded on inclusivity, collaboration, and respect.
