Milan, May 30, 2012 – The Board of Directors of CESI, a company with Enel, Terna, ABB and Prysmian among its largest shareholders, chaired by Salvatore Machì has confirmed Matteo Codazzi as Chief Executive Officer.
CESI’s BoD has confirmed the power structure, recognizing to the Chairman Salvatore Machì as well as confirmed to Matteo Codazzi the same managerial and business powers assigned during the previous three years terms.
