Stefania Vismara joined CESI in 2012 after an international experience between Italy and Spain, building a solid and continuously evolving career.
Starting with support on international tenders, she gradually expanded her role, becoming a key reference for contractual aspects.
Today, she manages the legal and negotiation side of projects, contributing to the most strategic phases, from bidding to delivery.
Her journey reflects the ability to adapt to organizational changes and embrace new growth opportunities.
A professional path shaped by expertise, collaboration, and an international mindset.

Power Cables Labs Test Engineer at KEMA Labs

Simone, an Electrical Engineering graduate from Politecnico di Milano, joined CESI in July 2024 after gaining experience in other organizations.
He works on high-voltage HVDC cable testing, managing complex tests up to 500 kV and beyond 1000 kV using advanced equipment and specialized instrumentation.
His role operates in a highly technical environment that requires precision, rigor, and continuous learning.
Since joining the company, he has been steadily growing, with the goal of taking on increasing responsibilities in more challenging projects.
His path reflects a strong technical mindset combined with a proactive approach to professional development.

Hannes Vitzthum

Hannes Vitzthum joined CESI in 2009, starting as Head of High Power and High Voltage Labs during a period of major transformation.
Over the years, he has taken on increasing responsibilities, becoming Platform Manager for the German sites and later moving into a global role managing CESI’s Lab Assets worldwide.
His career has been shaped by continuous learning, international exposure, and leadership development opportunities.
Today, he leads the Operational Business for the Central Europe cluster, overseeing activities across multiple countries.
His journey reflects a strong culture of trust and growth within CESI.
