How to become a CESI supplier
To be considered as a supplier, companies are required to complete a qualification process through our Procurement Platform.
Suppliers are invited to:
- Register on the platform and create their company profile
- Upload all the required documentation to support their application
- Complete the on-line questionnaire, ensuring all requested information is properly provided

The qualification process allows us to assess your capabilities, certifications, and areas of expertise to ensure alignment with our standards and requirements.
Please note that completing the qualification process is mandatory to participate in our sourcing activities.
What you can do through the Procurement Platform
Once registered, suppliers will be able to:
- Present their company as a potential CESI partner
- Receive invitations to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) relevant to their expertise
- Upload technical and commercial proposals
- Monitor orders and related communications
- Keep their company profile, services, and certifications up to date
