Team and location
As Facility Manager you will manage the maintenance of the buildings and the 10 kV electrical installation (part of the grid), control the companies for Security and Cleaning, and other contractors regarding the maintenance of the buildings. You will carry out your work in close collaboration with the colleagues in the various departments on the site. As Facility Manager you are responsible for the annual maintenance budget for (preventive) maintenance of buildings and the associated installations. You will make and implement (project) plans, risk analyzes and coordination of maintenance and inspections.
Job description
- Maintenance (mechanical/construction/electrical) of buildings at the KEMA site
- Maintenance of the low voltage (up to 10 kV) installation
- Control of the Security and Cleaning companies
- Project management regarding construction work on the buildings (also if executed by external contractors)
- Technical support in case of system malfunction related to buildings
- Preparation and implementation of investment projects
- Site responsibility regarding legal regulations (in close cooperation with the HSE manager)
- Contact/network with local (legal) authorities
- Close cooperation with the QHSE manager
What Cesi is looking for
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree or comparable education in Civil Engineering and/or Facility Affairs.
- You have at least five years of experience in a similar position
- Familiar with (national) legal regulations for building constructions
- Knowledge of electrical regulations like NEN 3140
- High experienced in project management
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player, able to manage stakeholders
- Takes ownership
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
