MRSK, the Russian state-owned distribution holding company, was asked to realize a comparison with other international peers in distribution sector from the Government, in order to detect an actual level of innovation and suggest a road map for implementation of improvements at both infrastructure and process level.
What we have done
The Client has been compared with global peers (Enel, Italy - Edf, France and PG&E, USA), in order to assess technological issues answering questions like: how advanced is the technological level of the company? How does it compare with the best practices? What are the innovative products that company offers to its customers? During the assessment was defined with the Client an innovation roadmap to help the Client to choose priorities and targets in innovation process, as well as decide on innovation process model (organizational decision, motivation, process design, monitoring and control, etc.).
