​How we improved CESI's efficiency during the entire process

  • Recently the Company has intensified the integration of its two German subsidiaries IPH and FGH (based on Berlin and Mannheim respectively), under a single international management team, a single trademark and a single market approach through a single Sales & Marketing department.

  • The integration project carried out involving the establishment of a single Offering & Scheduling structure, the central coordination of testing planning and performance on three platforms (Milan, Berlin and Mannheim, specialized according to centers of competence) and of a plant maintenance activities.  

  • All these initiatives have generated concrete benefits in terms of improved performance of laboratories and increased production capacity. The reengineering of the sales and distribution cycle into a single and integrated information system can now offer customers a product/service marked by its quality and unique nature and can improve CESI's efficiency during the entire process.
